Chicken Soup

There's nothing better than chicken soup on a cold day, but out of a can there's not enough chicken and too much salt. I don't have exact figures on this meal, but you can tell it's authorized. Besides, nice warm soup in the belly really fills you up.

1 large carrot
1 stalk of celery
1 small onion
1/4 cup frozen corn
4 oz cut-up chicken, cooked or raw
1 cup reduced sodium Chicken Broth
1 1/2 cups water

1. Mix water and chicken broth in a small sauce pan. Cut carrot, celery and onions and put them in the chicken broth/water and bring to a boil. Boil for 15 minutes.

2. Add frozen corn and chicken. (if the chicken is raw it will cook fondue style) Boil for 5 more minutes.

3. EAT!! (Let it cool though, it will be HOT!!)
