Baked Cod Fish

3 4 oz Cod Loins/Fillets
10 Ritz or Toasted Buttercrisp Crackers crushed to smithereens
1/2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tsp. crushed garlic
Italian Spices

Preheat oven to 425. Put butter in a microwavable bowl and nuke until melted. Add crushed garlic, italian spices and cracker crumbs. The mixture should be crumbly. Press mixture evenly onto the cod fillets.

Cook for 10 minutes and then broil for 2 minutes to get the top nicely browned. Fish should flake easily with a fork.
