SHAKES BEEF CHICKEN
PASTA PORK TURKEY
EGGS FISH DESSERTS

Carmelized Pork Slices

1 lb Pork Tenderloin
2 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Orange Juice
1 Tbsp. Molasses
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper

1. Trim fat from pork. Cut pork into 1/2" slices. (Pork is easier to cut if partially frozen)

2. Spray 10" non-stick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Cook pork and garlic in skillet 6-8 minutes turning occasionally, until pork is light brown and no longer pink in the center. Drain if necessary.

3. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring occasionally until mixture thickens and coats pork.
