SHAKES BEEF CHICKEN

Spinach Fandango

1/2 lb each ground turkey breast, lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (10-ounce) packages of chopped spinach
10 3/4 oz. can reduced fat condensed cream of celery soup
8 ounces reduced-fat sour cream
1 cup 2% shredded Cheddar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried basil

1. Heat oven to 350F. Coat 8x11 baking dish with cooking spray. Heat skillet coated with cooking spray. Cook meats, onion 6 minutes; drain. (Pour into a colander and dump 4 cups of very hot water over it to remove even more fat)

2. Microwave spinach according to package. Squeeze dry. Mix soup, sour cream, 3/4 of cheese, garlic powder, salt, basil. Add meat, spinach. Spoon into dish; bake 20 minutes. Top with remaining cheese; bake 10 minutes.

Nutritional Information: (with full fat cheese - I put 2% in the recipe so the calories and fat will be lower)

Fat: way less than 14g in the recipe
