Busted!

We were talking to a police officer on the streets of San Antonio when this lady did a K-turn in the middle of the street! I said to him, "can she do that?" and he said no and went over and talked to her. She didn't want to circle the block properly because she was "late for dinner". He told her the only way she wasn't going to get a ticket was if she drove all the way around the block again. It was a pretty dumb move considering she was making the turn in front of literally 15 cops on bikes. Dumbass!
